Peanut is a neutered male Chihuahua mix who is four years old. Peanut is loving to a fault, sweet temperament, and seeks affection at every turn. He takes every pause in your activity to be an invitation to cuddle, will jump onto your lap, snuggle down and immediately take a power nap! He is focused on his humans, but will play happily with his doggy friends. Much of his day is for relaxing, but he will run outside at the very hint of a chase around the garden. The best home environment for him is one that is calm and routine. Good family match is adults (with teens OK). He is good around other dogs and does not recognize his small size; but is not shy. Joins in the fun. Peanut is almost completely housetrained; uses a doggy-door well. Peanut is a very picky eater and sometimes does not eat (consulting with foster about his food is advised).
