Nicky - Adopted!

Rescued from a shelter down south on Dec. 23rd. He was the only one who made it from his litter and was transferred to New Mexico Animal Friends the day after Christmas.

Nicholas is approximately 12 weeks as of Jan 2012. He will
be neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated on Jan. 13th. Please look for him at the Academy Petsmart starting Saturday Jan. 14th.

Nicky currently lives with several other dogs and his foster mom. He gets along well with the other dogs and is learning to use the doggie door. He is crated when no one is home. The crate is a big adjustment for him but we are working to make it a positive place.

When Nicky first arrived in my care I noticed right away that he has a pleasant mixture of colors and spots. It's like when mother nature was painting his features, she went wild with the paint brush. Nicky has brown eye patches, tan eyebrows, a white blaze down his nose, and freckles on his whiskers. His legs have spots like a heeler and
his white coat has blotches of chocolate brown fur. He truly is a unique little guy.
