Hi, my name is CLEO! I’m a gorgeous, very friendly blue-eyed female Siamese cross. I have a rather unique look. As you probably know, Siamese cats come in “point” colors, pale tan with darker-colored ears, face, paws, and tail. Typical Siamese cats have black (seal), brown (chocolate), or lilac (light grey) points. I have a lovely tortoiseshell (tortie) point pattern instead, and several experienced cat people have agreed they’ve never seen a cat quite like me! I look like I was painted by a French Impressionist.
I arrived under NMAF’s wing with 4 very tiny kittens in tow. My two daughters have been adopted, but I am still caring for my sons Bing and Charlie. They’re traditional-looking chocolate-point Siamese kittens, and will probably end up with a medium coat length like mine.
I’m an extremely outgoing, friendly, vocal, and playful cat. I’m still feeling pretty defensive with my kittens around, so it’s hard to tell yet how I’ll interact with other cats once I’m through nursing, get spayed, and my “mommy” hormones calm down, but I should be fine. I like everyone and want to make friends; I’m just feeling kinda nervous about other cats coming into my space right now. I’m sure you understand. I have a wonderful, sweet disposition when it comes to people, and I’ve never minded having little kids come play with my kittens. I talk a lot - mrrrp and purr and call to my kittens. I probably won’t lose this tendency even when I’m no longer an active mom.
Won’t you please consider giving me a forever home, and I’d love it if you’d take me home with one of my kittens, too!
