Dolly - Adopted!

Dolly is a wonderful 3-5 year old, spayed female Dachshund. She has beautiful black & tan fur. Like all Dachs, she is rather long and is very short, and she weighs about 15 pounds.

Dolly has an amazing personality; she is so sweet, friendly, loving, and outgoing. She loves just being with you and her favorite spots are on the couch or bed with her foster mom. She is active and playful, and she likes to wrestle with the resident dogs in her foster home. Dolly absolutely loves tennis balls and she knows how to play fetch. She loves everyone and is great with kids, other dogs, cats, rabbits, and even turtles.

She knows how to use a doggy door and is house trained. She walks great on a harness and leash, too! She tends to get a little anxious in the car and prefers to be right in your lap as you drive.

Dolly needs a kind family who has plenty of time, love, and attention to give her. She will need plenty of daily exercise and playtime, and maybe a nice yard to run in. She would do best in a home with another playful canine companion and she would love to continue sharing the bed and couch with her new family.
