Goldie is a wonderful female Shepherd/Lab mix puppy. She was born around February 21, 2011. She is Mom’s favorite, she will play all day, but right now she is a night dog. She is a kisser and is very sweet, loving and outgoing. She loves being held and being with people and other dogs. Goldie is a very smart and is a fast learner when it comes to rule of the house and yard. She currently lives with sheep, chickens and other dogs and appears to be fine with them. She is at the prime age to be introduced to cats and other small animals. She is an outside dog right now so, she will need to be house trained.
Goldie was found with her mom Terra Ferma, and 5 siblings, Buffalo, CT Scanner, Hellen Reddie, Lily Star and Worry Wart. They were strays going in and out from under a portable school building at Carlos Rey Elementary.
Goldie needs a kind and loving family that will give her all of the love, attention and training she needs and deserves. She will, also, need plenty of daily exercise/playtime as well as room to run. She and her mom, Terra, would love to be adopted together, but if they can’t be, she will need another playful canine companion. She would, also like, to have a nice, big bed and/or couch to sleep on with her family.
