Joey is a male, neutered Chihuahua. He has a blue coat and tan spots above eyes. A face to bring Albuquerqueans to their knees! Sweet and handsome Joey is gentle and loving, always ready for a cuddle and never shy to be first into your lap when you sit down with your coffee. He will assume the position of “protector of the lap” and needs instructions in the art of sharing. He is playful as a baby otter, will romp, chase and growl in play with a companion and then crash for a snooze in a sunny spot in the garden or on the window sill…until he catches his next breath for the next play session! He is very generous with his attention to humans and will relax when asked to take time out. He reminds his foster mom and pop of a fragile and delightful baby Kangaroo just out of the mother’s pouch – hence JOEY! Best family match would be one that has not kids or kids older than 10 who are respectful and loving with animals. He is OK with canine males and females at same energy level he is. Joey is assertive; walks well with a harness and leash and loves outings. He uses a doggy-door and housetraining is ongoing.
Some indoor marking.
