Stormy is a ten year old male miniature Schnauzer. He has lived his life up to now in a puppy mill in Oklahoma, until we were lucky enough to transfer him to NM Animal Friends. He is currently in a foster home and is learning very quickly how to be part of a family. Stormy is a perfect house dog. He is housetrained, uses the dog door, sleeps through the night (initially in a crate, but now in bed with his humans), gets along well with the other dogs in the household (don’t know about cats), and is friendly to everyone he meets.
He may have some sight and hearing loss, but it doesn’t stop him from being a part of the family. He is learning to enjoy lap sitting and cuddling. Stormy would make a perfect companion for someone who wants a nice, quiet, trouble-free canine companion.
