Lambie Pie - Adopted!

Pie is a one year old Toy Poodle ( probable mix) who was discovered at the west side shelter about three weeks ago. She was covered in dirt, mats, and stickers and was screaming her heart out. She has been accepted into my pack of Poodles, is well socialized and quite playful. Pie is also extremely loving and cuddly, and still needs reassurance that a human is there for her. She is intelligent and quick to learn, having figured out the doggie doors.

on day one. She has an enormous appetite and knew how to sit for treats. She needs work to learn how to walk on a leash. She would probably do well with another small dog or even as an only dog as long as she has plenty of company and stimulation to continue learning. She seems to sleep throughout the night curled up quietly on the bed or a nearby armchair.

Pie also travels well in the car and could accompany her owner most places. She is too small and fragile to be exposed to young children who might view her as an object and play too rough with her.
