Hi! I'm Dixon. I'm about 4 years old. I am some sorta mix of terrier and maybe Dachshund with my little short legs and droopy ears? I got scraggily hair that is just too cute for words. My ideal weight is around 10 pounds...

I am very laid back but want to be right with you. I will gladly sit on your lap and gaze into your eyes if you will just give me a little scratch. I like my toys. I am pretty good on my leash and in the car. I went to obedience training at PetSmart and Eddie, my trainer, is offering a free visit to get you on my wavelength.

I know the doggie door.

Because I am so laid back, I am probably better with a mature household. I would do fine in an apartment as long as someone takes me out regularly. But a house with a little yard to explore would be great, too. I could be an only dog but would probably do fine with another equally laid back pooch.
