Sterling - Adopted!

This is Sterling. Just like the silver. Because he is highly polished and his eyes are light silver/tan. Very striking. He is a sterling example of the dogs in NMAF. He was rescued as a stray almost skin and bones. Yet he has the most friendly smile and demeanor. He likes people and dogs and wants to please

Sterling is about one year old. He has a white tail that almost never stops wagging. He wants to please.

At his foster home he is getting along great with the foster dogs and loves playing with tiny Rascal. Even tho he outweighs Rascal 4 to one, he is gentle. He learned the other dogs don't want to play and he is respectful of them.

He went for his first hike in the mountains and boy, did he ever enjoy that!? He greeted everyone with a smile especially the kids. He learned to walk behind the leader. He was respectful to dogs he met on the trail.

He only weighed about 20 pounds when he came to NMAF and still needs to gain weight. So he will be a great size for family living. He would do great with anyone having an active life style and/or a playful playmate.

He needs basic puppy training but is so eager to learn.
