One of our good dog fosters has a cat that she found off the side of I-40 at Louisiana trying to get up the retaining wall !!!! She rescued her from an accident-waiting-to happen!!!! Tiger was terrified but allowed herself to be picked up and put in the car!! (Way to go, Michelle!) She was checked out at St Francis Animal Clinic and was pronounced healthy and uninjured! So she is now being fostered with a bunch of dogs! And so now she needs a cat only home or someone that has dogs that respect the felines!!! ASAP! Help this little honorary cat!
Tiger is approximately 2 years old, very clean, and does not scratch on furniture. She is spayed and has her shots. She is FHIV and leukemia negative. She is extremely friendly once she gets to know you, but in the beginning she can be a little nervous. She goes under the bed, and stays there until noises calm down, like when the dogs bark!
Tiger does not like to go outside, she stays in her bedroom but when the curtains are opened for her, she seats herself at the ledge and loves to look at the outside.
She does not play well with other kitties and stays away from dogs. But she likes her foster mom and would make a lovely companion for an apartment dweller or someone that can keep her separated at least at first.
Would you like a little Tiger in your life???? Remember Tigers are an endangered species!
