Linen is a neutered male Schnauzer approximately 2-3 years old. He is a handsome, sturdy, gruff young male with a heart of gold and very loving. He will growl on first meeting but not a mean thought in his head. He is great on leash, loves to walk and will be a good playmate for a good-natured, friendly dog. He is crate-trained (but reliable in the home alone), a non-chewer, healthy and has an alert bark. He craves human companionship! He likes to set his own pace and not in a rush to do anything. He would thrive with a laid back human who will nurture him to full acceptance of the world. He's had a rough start in life, but is ready to show his true colors. He is good riding in the car. Linen will mark occasionally. A home with children under 10 years old will not be considered; older children should be dog aware and respectful. He would make a true best friend with someone with time to spare and love to give - Linen is a gem!
