Mindy is a spayed female Terrier mix who can fool you about her age by the way she acts. She is a happy, active 9-year old gal who gives the best sloppy kisses! Mindy knows sit, stay, and shake "hands." She is housetrained and a very good, calm inside dog. Mindy's foster describes her as "overly friendly" when she meets other dogs or people on their walks. Mindy gets excited when they approach someone--the world is full of people and dogs Mindy just has to meet! We don't have past information on how Mindy would be with children.

She walks nicely on a leash and has a good energy level (making you wonder if she is truly her age). Mindy is loving and affectionate and seems to be empathetic to other dogs. Mindy's foster mom says that when her little senior male yips, Mindy is quick to go over and see if he is okay. She licks him sweetly to comfort him.
