Buddy - Adopted!
Buddy is a young 1-2 year old Schnauzer cross. He weighs in at 22 pounds so is a little heavy for a miniature. But he has all the desirable characteristics of the breed being a smart, sassy terrier. His coat is a bit mottled on his back with brown and gray spots. Buddy loves all people, children included and gets along with most dogs with a careful introduction. He loves to go on walks and is good in the car ready to go on a moment's notice. He can easily go thru a doggy door and likes to be with whoever is around. Like a Schnauzer he will need to be groomed regularly to maintain his manly looks. And is probably more hypoallergenic than a short haired dog. He is very respectful and calm around the house. Would get along well in any house with respectful children or a single adult who can interact with him several hours a day. He loves tug-of-war or chasing toys.
