Annie is a 2 1/2 year old Rottie/lab mix.
Annie is a sweetie pie that gets a lot of attention while she is out for her
cute face and relaxed attitude. She loves going for walks, and does well on a
leash. She is trained for sit, down, and leave it. Annie loves treats and takes
them gently, she especially likes rawhide bones while were home. She enjoys car
rides, and does well in the car, she likes to watch where we are going.
Annie is housebroken, and stays inside at night. During the day she is outside,
she prefers to be where she can watch what is going on in the neighborhood. She
likes to lounge in an Adirondack Chair.
For play she likes going for walks. And she might like agility, she was really
easy to train for housebreaking and her commands. She is not much into fetch but
she likes her toys thrown a few times. She likes getting petted and some belly
rubs, she does not try to be a lap dog. She likes to get some attention and then
go off to take a nap. She seems to like her personal space, for this reason it
is recommended that she be in a house with older children, over age 6.
She is nervous at times, new people coming to the house, and she will bark at
them. When she is out and about town, she does not bark at people and likes
getting petted. And if she meets someone when she is out and about town, she is
not nervous when they come to the house.
She enjoys going to Canine Country Club for their Doggie Day Care, and has
always gotten excellent report cards. She has even stayed their for a week, a
couple of times while we were on vacation.
I am unsure if she likes water play, but she has gotten groomed at Canine
Country Club a few times and they have always reported that she does good.
She has her own gated area, that she goes to easily to eat or when she needs to
go to her area.
