Howler, Cupcake, Niblet, Whopper & Cookie - Adopted!

These sweet little ones are a bit of a mystery. They were found abandoned in the west mesa without a momma. We estimate they are only a few days old and may have been born around October 19, 2016. There are 3 female and 2 male pups. They are all being bottle fed at this time and seem to be big eaters and thriving. We are guessing they are German Shepherd mix puppies and based on the rate they are growing now, they will probably be at least medium sized dogs when fully grown. They are all very happy and appear very healthy.

UPDATE
The puppies began to open their eyes on November 2, 2016. As of November 5, all but one had their eyes open. That little one had one eye open ....as if to carefully see what the world had to offer! They have great appetites, are growing and are wanting to crawl around to explore their surroundings. We will be adding some individual pictures of these cuties as soon as we have them so check back!

These puppies will be available to go to their forever homes once they are weaned and old enough.
