Ludo is an amazing boy, a real survivor, and with a personality as charming as his toothy smile! We are thinking he was born in early 2015. He weighs in at 10lbs. He had a hard beginning to his life as he lost his way and became a stray and ended up with an eye injury. In spite of this, he has adapted quickly to his foster home and loves hanging out with his foster family.

Exploring is a great adventure for Ludo and he will check out the yard several times to ensure he hasn’t missed anything. Once through with his exploration he will stretch out on the lawn chair and snooze in the warmth of the sun. He is not a barker but is very alert to his surroundings. He mastered the doggie door quickly!

Ludo is a striking red or chestnut color with black highlights in all the right places. Stroking the soft hair on his flanks is like running your fingers through silk. We aren’t sure exactly what his mix is but there is probably some Pomeranian in him (rich hair color and curly tail), a dose of Heinz 57, and all topped off with a huge dose of love! Whatever the mix, he is perfect!

He loves sleeping in his soft bed in the warmth of the house. He loves going for walks, playing with his canine companions and is learning that he is in a safe place when riding in the car. And once the adventures of the day are over he eagerly looks for those outstretched arms eager to pick him up for a snuggle on a cozy lap.

He would love to have a canine companion.
