Meet Goldie! Goldie is one sweet little girl. She had been living for over a year in a feral cat colony in a mobile home park. The management asked NMAF to remove her. We trapped her as she would not let herself be touched. As soon as she was trapped, she turned into the most mellow little love bug.
Goldie quickly bonded to her foster and foster siblings. She immediately became a couch potato relishing her new life in a home. Obviously she gets along well with cats. She now is comfortable with humans and would love nothing more than to sit in a lap. With her short hair, she will require minimal care.
She learned the doggie door quickly and how to snuggle in a bed. She is quickly learning how much fun a leash is when walking. She dances when excited and could probably be taught to spin on her hind legs in exchange for a treat.
With her long legs needing exercise, she would do best with a yard or long walks. We guess she was born early 2014.
Put a little Goldie sunshine in your life!
