Sweet Annie and little Bro Pete came from the Albuquerque Animal Welfare Department where they were abandoned at a very young age. Since finding wonderful foster care (and really good food!!!!) they have been growing & growing and learning many new skills. Of the two pups, Annie is the "thinker". She likes to alert her Foster Mom through barking when she hears new sounds. She is getting the hang of potty training and will go potty "on command". Besides little brother Pete, Annie lives with a larger, older dog, and loves to follow him around. After a busy day of playing and romping, Annie likes to snuggle on the couch and enjoy a movie. She is a smart girl and has learned several commands - go potty, sit, lay down and is learning to shake. She is up-to-date on all shots but still lacks her rabies (given at 4+ months). She is spayed and microchipped. Due to her young age, NMAF wants to keep her in the Albuquerque area for adoption.
