Pete, that handsome boy, brother to sweet Annie, came from the Albuquerque Animal Welfare Department, where he was abandoned at a young age. He and Annie have had the best of foster care and are thriving (and growing!!) in their new environment. Pete is a "doer" - a "let's go" kinda guy. He loves to explore his world and experience new things. Puppy training would be a great addition for this little guy. He is doing great on potty training - able to go "on command" and is learning all kinds of new things. So far he knows go potty, sit, come, lay down and has learned to shake (raising his paw). He gets on great with his older, and much bigger resident canine brother. He has been neutered and is up-to-date on puppy vaccinations and microchipped. He will need his rabies at 4+ months of age. Because of his young age, NMAF wishes to adopt him to a family in the Albuquerque area.
