This is a happy, grateful girl! She was taken out of a household of neglected and abused animals. Many of the dogs were too far gone to be saved.

She is the perfect example of perseverance. Not only has she survived physically, but her spirit is still intact! You have to meet her to appreciate just how sweet and loving she is. She wags her tail and her whole body. She looks at you with love and trust in her eyes - amazing after what she has been through.

She was emaciated when rescued. Now, she is a beautiful girl weighing in at 20 pounds and will be even more beautiful at her ideal weight of 30 pounds. She is very small for her breed due to malnutrition in her growing months.

She does well with other dogs. She is curious and playful with them. She is also very good with people and bonds quickly.
