Hi there! My name is Scruffy - can you tell why? My foster mom named me and it suits me just fine! I am a pint of peanuts at only 5 pounds, but you know what they say - "Good things come in small packages" and I am no exception. I have a ton of personality packed inside me, am sweet and happy to be where you are. I do like other dogs - just be a little careful introducing me to big dogs - it is spooky for me at first! But if they are gentle and pay me no mind, I get used to them pretty fast. I would be fine as an only dog and since most cats are bigger than me, should be OK with them as well. I would be perfect for an older couple or single Senior looking for a companion to while away sunny days. I know how to use the doggie door and am a very good boy, even if I do say so myself! Come meet me at PetSmart on Academy on Saturdays. All I want for Christmas is my Furrever Home!
