Coco Bella is an enchanting female Seal Point Ragdoll mix cat with blue-green eyes. With a plush coat, fancy white mittens on her front paws and elegant socks on her rear paws, she fits the physical description of a Ragdoll cat perfectly (cats.lovetoknow.com/Ragdoll_Cats). So it goes for her personality as well: timid, sweet, gentle, she goes limp when she is picked up. (However, she does not like to be handled roughly and will protest with a scratch or a bite.) Her coat is bunny-soft to the touch. She is very affectionate and loves being petted. She rolls over onto her back, ready for belly rubs. She is shy around strangers, though, and hides under the bed when the doorbell rings.
Her History: In her previous life she could sometimes be seen sitting with a middle-school girl while she read a book. It took her rescuer over a year to entice Coco Bella to come into the house because there was another cat there who frightened her.
Her Best Home: We think that she will be most comfortable in a quiet home with one or two adults and no other animals.
Her daily routine consists of:
Greeting her foster mom, Ingrid, at the bedroom door first thing in the morning with lots of things to say. (Coco Bella would like to sleep with her at night, but Ingrid has health problems that preclude that.) She patiently watches while Ingrid prepares and eats her breakfast. Then they take a nap together on the couch. She likes to lie between Ingrid's feet. While awake, she follows Ingrid around the house, then sits near her while she mends socks or does paperwork. Midday Coco Bella takes a long nap under the bed. Upon waking she strolls about the house, talking incessantly. At night she sits and watches TV with Ingrid. Last, she follows her to the bedroom door, where she must sit and wait for morning to come and for Ingrid to reappear...
