Hi, there! I'm Murphy! I am a big, healthy boy. Will you play with me? You can pet and brush me, too. I'll even roll over and let you pet my tummy. (No claws.)

If you want me to be your friend, I will be happy to be your one and only. I could also get along with another cat or dog, as long as they're friendly, confident and mellow like me.

Oh, by the way, I am an old hand with the litter box and make use of my scratching trees like a champ! I really do not like riding in the car, but if I must, I will do better if you give me a calming treat first.

If you want a mellow fellow, I'm your guy. And I would like to be your playmate, too. I'm an enthusiastic ball and flyer player. (My good friends call me "Magic Murphy," because I'm a real pro' with my aim and pounce! This is a talent I developed while homeless and hungry on the streets, while I was still a growing kitten.)

I'm content now to be safe and warm, with a full tummy and human friends to pet and brush and love me!
