Tinker is a handsome little guy who is just happy to spend his days lounging with his family or exploring his backyard. He is mellow to be around and likes to go for car rides. He comes from the same family as little Mariposa - needing a new home to reduce the number of dogs in his current one so his family can move closer to medical care in Albuquerque. At just under 20 pounds, he could stand to lose a little weight, but being part Corgi (we think), he has a stocky body to begin with. Regular exercise and a good weight loss food would do him wonders. He is very treat motivated and does well with other dogs. He has a fatty tumor on his neck and is in need of a dental cleaning which NMAF is taking care of and has scheduled for September 4th. He will be ready to go to his new home soon after that. Arrangements can be made to meet him prior to that with an application.

Because home visits are required, NMAF dogs cannot be adopted out of the greater Albuquerque / Santa Fe area.
