Buck is a great dog.  Super sweet and smart. He's a quiet and shy boy at first, but also very curious.

He loves slowly meandering and sniffing everything while on walks. On walks, he looks curiously while passing cars, people, and other dogs before simply moving on with no fuss.  He's house-trained. He is very responsive to requests, already follows commands of "come", "sit", and "down".

He's comfortable being in his crate and will go right in it when he wants a comfy place for a nap, but he also loves being in your lap and snuggling or following you around. He regularly comes over to ask for pets.  He's kind of a goofy boy, loves to roll around and rub his face into soft pillows, snow, and grass. He does play a bit of fetch with squeaky toys. He will occasionally playfully talk at you if he wants to cuddle, but he is not a barker.

Buck has a little bit of arthritis that can be controlled with supplements.

If you are looking for an easy going companion that loves his person(s), then this is your boy. He is a medium-sized dog. Perfect size for most households. He is neutered, has all of his shots, and is heartworm negative.
