Chewie is a lover. He is contemplative, too, spending many afternoons at his favorite hobby, birdwatching. He is agile and loves heights, scaling tall cat towers and perching up at the top, then working out with his claws on the well-used cat tree.

He attempts to wrestle with his best feline friend, Benjamin. Benji, however, does not show much interest in this sport. Benji and Chewie lost their home recently when their adoptive family developed serious allergies to cats. It was a sad time for them, but they rallied in their new foster home. They are living contentedly there now, and get along well with their new friend, MewTwo. Sometimes they play a little together, teasing each other's tails.

Chewie is very outgoing toward people and loves to snuggle. (He especially loves having his ears rubbed.) He is great with kids. He enjoys sitting on the sofa alongside his foster family, Elizabeth and Lydia. He's a self-starter with his toys, entertaining himself for hours on end, batting, chasing, and terrorizing those n'er do well mice all over the house!
