Shasta - Adopted! Thor - Adopted!

Shasta and Thor are the proud puppies of Wendy. All were found in a ditch outside Carlsbad when the puppies were about 4 weeks old. They were all healthy and fine despite their misfortune. We estimate their birthdate as Dec 17th. They now have their first shots and have tripled their weights. Shasta is twice as big as Thor. Obviously they have different fathers because their coloration is so different also. Shasta has the markings of a little tiny St Bernard but probably Daddy is something like a Sheltie. No telling who is Thor's daddy as he is almost all black with just the tips of his tail and feet and a patch on his neck having little dabs of white. Both excel in wrestling, chewing up paper and creating happy puppy mayhem. Both have their first shots and are eating solid food.

These puppies can be fostered-to-adopt. When the spay/neuter/chip is done, the ownership will be complete. Both will need followup booster shots and rabies. The $150 fee each includes the surgery and chip. These puppies will not be brought to the adoption events. Can be met by appointment only.
