Tillie - Adopted!

Tillie is a 2 year old daschund mix. She weighs about 20 lbs, spayed and tattooed, and micro-chipped. She is housetrained and kennel trained.

Tillie is fun-loving and sweet. She loves to play fetch in the house and run and play at the dog park. She is trained to walk on a harness and leash. She gets along well with other dogs. She loves to play and cuddle. Tillie is a quick learner – she responds to common commands sit, come, stay, and has been a fast learner responding well to more complicated commands like, go outside, go to bed, off, no, etc. She is so smart, she will probably do well learning cool dog tricks! Tillie is also an agile jumper, don’t let her short legs fool you. She requires a yard with a 5ft or taller fence and has been known to lovingly jump into your arms and nap on top of her kennel.

Tillie currently lives in her foster home with resident cats and dogs. She loves to play and is gentle with the cats, but prefers to play with the dogs often wrestling, chasing, and rolling on the carpets all in good fun. Tillie would make a great best friend for all types of people including families with older kids who want to spend lots of time with her. She would also do great in a home with other playful dogs.
